Pizza and ice cream

How was the beginning of your week? I am keeping up with my goals for the week already. I went to school to get some work done, I painted, I taught Stephen how to make pizza dough, and I made awesome ice cream!

A fun flowery painting. I like this one, because I love the greens in the background. Green is my favorite color!

My lunch. Already nibbled on. An egg sandwich with some veggies. Not very exciting, I know. But dinner and dessert are pretty phenomenal. We will start with dessert!

Cookie dough pieces.

And dark chocolate ice cream.

Combine the two, and you get dark chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream!

Oh my was this amazing. Seriously, the BEST cookie dough ice cream I have had in my life. Of course, I don't think I have ever had a cookie dough ice cream with a chocolate ice cream base. But this really works.

Dinner was pizza created by Astrid and Stephen!! Such a great team! I instructed and he made the dough. He did an AMAZING job! We made a buffalo chicken pizza. The dough was wheat. For the sauce, I used wing sauce and a blue cheese dressing made out of greek yogurt and blue cheese.

Buffalo chicken sausage and tomatoes on top. Perfection.

This was an amazing pizza. I love buffalo chicken, but all of the pizzas I see out in restaurants have a tomato based sauce and regular cheese. I needed to make one without tomato sauce, and with blue cheese. This is was buffalo wings are for me. Lots of salty sauce and blue cheese dressing. Heaven. This reminds me of my favorite thing to order at restaurants when I was younger. The appetizer platter. I would have the platter with mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, potato skins, and whatever else came with it. I was a young teen and really lanky because I grew too fast, so my body could take it. This is something I would not have for dinner nowadays, at least not without some veggies!
Hope your week is off to a great start!
