And in comes April

Happy April! What are you looking forward to this month? I don't think I have anything too exciting coming up this month, but I will try to put together a little list.

• Stephen and I are celebrating 2 and a half years on the 19th!
• Glee starts up again!
• The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus is going to be available on Netflix!
• Petrology lab wraps up, so my teaching will be over for the semester.
• I get to spend a $1,000 gift card I won from Nescafe!
• Stephen and I are going to the drag races.
• Easter!

I need to put in some type of trip somewhere in there. I need to get out of College Station from time to time. And I need to interact with people other than those in my department...
What are you looking forward to this month?

Tonight was date night. We went to Cafe Excell, which is definately one of my favorite restaurants in town.


This is the delicious bread they bring out.

I ordered the greek pizza and ate half of it (3 slices), it was amazing. I love their pizza.

Dessert is a combination of some of my favorite things: Strawberries, chocolate mouse, and this awesome lacey cookie.

This is one of my favorite desserts at a restaurant. Absolutely delicious.

In case you were wondering, the bagels are still amazing. I had one for a sandwich for lunch and just had a half for a night time snack. Stephen loved them, too! Go me!
